We originally recorded this podcast on police accountability July 2, just a few days after Campaign Zero published a report on Police Union contracts and just a few days before the killings of Alton Sterling in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and thenPhilando Castile in Falcon Heights, Minnesota. Rather than rhetoric about thoughts and prayers, we hope this conversation makes a positive contribution to the ongoing, important discussion about police accountability.
